Off-Campus Living — Convenient, Close, Secure
With the addition of Oak Hill Residences in 2021, students now have the option to choose spacious living close to campus (adjacent to the beautiful grounds of Oak Hill & the Martha Berry Museum) with the convenience of nearby shopping, plus the safety and amenities offered on the main campus.
Housing 80 male and female students in two-person units with private bathrooms, this addition to our residential housing offers living areas larger than traditional double rooms in a streamlined, contemporary style. Resident assistants also reside in the community.
The complex was designed by CEVIAN Design Lab, which created the award-winning Bell Recital Hall at Ford Auditorium, Sisters Theatre and other highly regarded projects in Floyd County.
