Anna Walker (class of 2018) recently accepted a job with Student Leadership University, a non-profit professional youth development organization, as an Administrator and Program Assistant.
During her time at Berry College, Anna was involved in multiple leadership positions and extracurricular activities such as the student-run multi-media website Viking Fusion, Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society, Student Government Association and intramural sports.
Tracey Esmann, Anna’s boss at the Campus Scheduling Office, played an integral part in her student work experience and all-around professional and personal development at Berry. Her Communication professors, Dr. Sam Nazione and Dr. Kim Field-Springer, also helped her to grow not just academically but were a constant source of advice and encouragement for life after graduation.
“The experience I gained at Berry allowed me to accept a job I am passionate about before graduation. The friends I made at Berry helped to expand my worldview and develop informed opinions and convictions,” Anna says.
