Director of Clinical Education of the Physician Associate Program
Clinical Assistant Professor
Beth Gaines, MHS, PA-C is a Berry graduate, Berry mom and Berry faculty member. She has worked as a PA for over 20 years clinically in pediatrics, family medicine, asthma and allergy, and hematology and oncology. Her passion has always been in education, whether mentoring students through the clinical aspects of PA education, precepting or orientation of new PAs in the hematology/oncology practice where she has worked for the last 10+ years. Professor Gaines is also passionate about educating patients and their families. She believes that to provide the best possible care for a patient, one must not only treat the physical condition, but the emotional, social and cultural aspects as well. Professor Gaines is excited to return to full-time academia to share her passion with the next generation of physician associates.
