Event Description Presenters: Dr. Susan Logsdon-Conradsen: Associate Professor of Psychology; Dr. Leigh Johnston: Visiting Assistant Professor; Dr. Kristen Diliberto-Macaluso: Associate Professor of Psychology and Department Chair. This panel will explore the pros and cons of different types of birthing environments and methods. We will also have a discussion about the decision to remain childless, the pros and cons of that decision, and the stigma often faced by those who make those decisions. Dr. Susan Logsdon- Conradsen will be discussing home births, natural births, and birthing centers. Dr. Johnston will discuss the decision to remain childless, and Dr. Diliberto-Macaluso will discuss hospital birth. |
