Presenter: Dr. Robert Marbut Jr.
Dr. Marbut's dissertation was written on "Historical Hispanic Partisan Alignments, Hispanic Outreach Styles, and the Theory of Hispanic Surge-and Decline Effects on Hispanic Peripheral Voters".
Event Description: Dr. Robert Marbut Jr. will be speaking on the Hispanic vote in the upcoming presidential election. He will approach the topic from a bipartisan perspective.
